To even be considered by our judges for review, all sites submitting for our Award must first meet the requirements set forth.

1. A site must be Clean. Sites that contain pornographic material that in our opinion could be determined as unfit for viewing by children, sites that promote hate or violence or sites containing illegal pyramid schemes will not be reviewed.
2. A site must have something of Worth to offer the web community. Just because your mother and your best friend think "You're the Bomb", doesn't qualify you for our award. Sorry there's just not enough time to look at every cool site on the web.
3. A site must have good Content. Content is the driving force behind every exceptional Web site. The ability to take a common subject and give it some interest and originality is a rare talent. There must be relative and consistent content.
4. A site must have good, original Graphics. Load time is also important. We don't care if there's a picture of a monkey playing ping-pong, we won't wait around to see it if it takes too long to load.
5. A site must have good Presentation. Content and graphics must blend in with the presentation and direction of the site. The site must be easy to navigate not confusing to the user.
6. Finally, a site must be Fun. Rip n Roll's whole existence is based on fun, so it just wouldn't be right for us to place an award on a site that isn't fun. We're sure the mating habits of the Red Speckled Twitter-Floater is a worthy subject, but unless the site is fun you won't get our award, sorry.

There is no charge to submit your site for review. However, due to the amount of submissions we receive daily, there is no guarantee that your site will be reviewed. Only a select few receive our award.
